While we do not track your personal identity, the technical nature of providing a real-time temporary email service requires the ephemeral (temporary) processing of certain data points.

A. Ephemeral Email Content (In-Memory Processing)

When a third-party sender transmits an email to the disposable address you generated on our site, that email content (including text, HTML, headers, and attachments) must be processed by our servers so you can read it.

• Volatile RAM Storage: All incoming emails are processed and stored exclusively in Volatile Memory (RAM). We do not write your emails to permanent physical hard drives.
• Automatic Cryptographic Deletion: Once you click the "Delete" button, close your active browser session, or once the Time-To-Live (TTL) of the email address expires, all associated emails are cryptographically wiped from our servers.
• No Backups: We do not maintain historical backups of received emails. Once deleted, the data is irreversibly destroyed and cannot be recovered by you, by us, or by any legal authority.

B. Session Data and Local Storage

To ensure that your temporary inbox remains active while you are waiting for a verification code (preventing "Time Anxiety"), we use browser Local Storage and temporary session cookies. This simply tells your specific browser tab which random inbox it is currently viewing. This data lives on your device, not on our permanent databases.

4. Cookies and Third-Party Tracking Technologies

While the core eTempMail service respects your privacy, keeping this service 100% free requires us to use third-party advertising and analytics networks.

Advertising Cookies (Google AdSense & Partners)

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. B. Total Disclaimer of Damages

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall etempmail.org, its owners, founders, developers, host providers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our service.

We are completely absolved of liability in the following scenarios (and all others):

• Lost Accounts: If you use our service to register for a social media account, cryptocurrency exchange, gaming platform, or any other service, and you subsequently lose access to that account because your temporary email expired, we are not responsible. You cannot recover the email, and we cannot help you recover your third-party account.

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use Policy

By using etempmail.org, you assume 100% of the legal and ethical responsibility for your actions. You agree that you will NOT use our service for any of the following:

• Illegal Activities: Planning, conducting, or facilitating any activity that is illegal under international law, US law, EU law, or the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• Fraud and Scamming: Creating fake accounts to defraud individuals, businesses, or government entities.
• Harassment & Abuse: Registering for services to harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse other individuals.
• Malware Distribution: Attempting to use our infrastructure to host, execute, or distribute malicious software, viruses, or ransomware.

Terms of Service Violations: Using our specific .EDU domains (e.g., @bagaji.edu.pl) or other premium domains to bypass third-party verification systems (like GitHub Student Pack, Amazon Prime, or Canva) is done at your own risk. While we provide the domains, you are solely responsible for ensuring your actions do not violate the Terms of Service of the platforms you are registering for. We do not endorse or encourage fraud.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless etempmail.org, its owners, and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Global Privacy Law Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act 2023)

Because eTempMail practices radical Data Minimization, we naturally comply with the world's most stringent privacy frameworks.

• India DPDP Act 2023: We do not collect "Personal Data" as defined by the DPDP Act. Therefore, we do not require extensive consent mandates for personal data processing, because there is no personal data to process. Any ephemeral data processed is immediately erased.
• European Union GDPR: We respect the "Right to be Forgotten" inherently. Since our inboxes self-destruct and we log no IP addresses, your data is forgotten automatically within hours.
• California CCPA: We do not sell your personal information because we do not possess your personal information.

If you wish to exercise any data rights (such as viewing your data), please understand that once an inbox session is closed, the data ceases to exist. We cannot retrieve what we do not have.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to, nor intended for, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, you must not use this website.
